We're in
touch with local issues you face everyday
At Grant Thornton, we understand the impact that local issues have
on business decisions, and our history here on the Miramichi has given us a strong understanding of the climate of the local
economy. We recognize that events which affect the business climate are continuously unfolding. The recent changes in the
forestry sector are a good example. As the economy continues to grow and evolve, we too are evolving and responding to these
changes—from the significant to the more subtle.
We’re committed to having a local presence. With many of our practitioners born and raised in Atlantic Canada, we
have an intimate understanding of our clients' needs, which gives us the ability to increase the availability of the services
we offer and accessibility of our practitioners. As a result, we’ve built strong relationships with our clients throughout
the region.
We provide professional
services for more than two hundred clients in the area—some
of whom are in direct competition with each other—so
we recognize the need for confidentiality. Our team of professionals and trained staff understand and implement our firm's
policy of utmost confidentiality for all client information.
